KEMAL BAL
Co-Founder / Architect
His architectural education started at Penn State University in 2008. He completed his undergraduate education at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 2013. He also had a year at Valencia Polytechnic University with the Erasmus exchange program.
Most of his professional experience was at Mimarlar ve Han Tümertekin. He now continues in Mimarlık İşleri as founding partner since 2020.

Co-Founder / Architect
She recieved her Bachelor of Architecture and Master in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano. Her professional career started at Vittorio Grassi Architetto & Partners in Milan. During her international experience she took part in significant projects of varying scales and partecipated in various international competitons.
Prior to founding Mimarlık İşleri with her partners in İstanbul, she worked as project leader within Avcı Architects, and Mimarlar ve Han Tümertekin in İstanbul.
EROL KALMAZ
Co-Founder / Architect
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a bachelor degree on bot.h architecture and interior design in 2016. He started his professional career at Mimarlar ve Han Tümertekin, and has been continuing his professional career in Mimarlık İşleri, of which he is a founding partner, since 2020.
